PRECISION MECHANICAL MILLING OPERATIONS.

Thanks to the use of 3,4,5 axes CNC machines it is possible to machine hardened and unhardened steels, sintered steels, stainless steels aluminum alloys and plastics.

We are able to provide "processes" requiring heat treatment and surface type and tempering classics working for years in close contact with companies specializing in heat treatments of various types: quenching cementation nitrides at different depths.

Surface treatments such as anodizing and hard oxidation on chrome-plating aluminum with the use of micro-fissured hard chrome.

OUR HISTORY

Our company was founded in 2000 as a small artisan company in Como, specialized in the production of spare parts and production of parts for machines and robotic lines for the production of the electric motor.

We have focused on the research for more efficient materials with investments and studies aimed at new technologies in the world of surface treatments. Over the years, the experience we have acquired alongside our customers has allowed us to grow professionally and obtain great satisfactions. In early 2015, we have enlarged our business by deciding to acquire R.C. of Codoro, a company with experience in designing and manufacturing molds for cold forming of sheet metal, plastic molds and die-casting.

During the year 2017 through the integration of new machining centers and technologically advanced equipment we can satisfy the needs of our customers at 360 degrees.
